“I am kind, optimistic and live my life with a great sense of humor. I’ve always felt as if I’m a billionaire in terms of the richness of my friendships. I love nature and enjoy a wide variety of activities in the great outdoors, including hiking, camping, fishing and meditating. I appreciate a good martini, food from almost any world cuisine and fun company to share both with. I love being a father to my daughter, Lauren, who attends college at UC Santa Cruz. We are close and I am very proud of her many accomplishments. Following a career of more than twenty years in the financial services industry, I’ve left corporate and consulting life to write a book and launch a mindset or “consciousness” coaching practice. After years helping people in the world of money management, my purpose now is to help people in the ”wild” world of life management.
I am looking for someone who is happy, peaceful, self-aware and spiritual.
Have you suffered a hardship, a loss, a change in health or a disability? Are you looking to break free of an old and familiar routine or rut?

I’m a person who has lived with the disability of partial sight for over 33 years. I humorously refer to myself as a “Blind Seer.” I can help you with the journey in life, in business, in relationship and on the Spiritual Path from my own unique perspective.
I help people look at their attachments, at their agreements, at what they may be resisting or judging in the flow of life, and why. Awareness is the key to transformation Acceptance is the doorway into peace and new choice.
Great ideas flow from a peaceful mind.
How much of people’s suffering thrives on resistance and judgement? How much of it is fed by the ego? How much are we not even aware of?
Turn the “dimmer switch” of your presence to maximum power as I listen. Hold the frequency of intense presence as others speak. This is true intimacy.
Intense presence transcends the thinker and the pain body. We are here to awaken “Being Consciousness” in others, if they are ready.
I am a guide to inner peace , to bliss, to the fire that lives within.
Ask the client if they are comfortable sharing their story from two different seats: First, ask them to tell their story from the mind’s point of view - facts, details, logic, timeline, the “what happened?” Then, ask them to switch seats and share their story from the heart and the place of deeper emotion.
Are our relationships here to make us happy? Are they not here to help us become more conscious?
How much of what troubles us is simply a bundle of thoughts?
SLOW: Stop. Look at the situation. Observe how you feel about it. Welcome what is. Slow the thought, the emotion, the question, the moment. Slow my response down.
Open a Portal. Abide in the stillness within and the silence without. Be aware of your breathing. Be aware of your inner body. Observe the space around all things. Resist nothing. Receive everything. Smile, your heart knows the secret.
We are working to break identification with old, conditioned thought patters, emotional patterns, speech and behavioral patterns.
We are here to break the cords that bind us. CORD: Catch Observe Replace Dissolve
We are working in the art of modern-day alchemy. No longer turning base metals into gold, we are turning suffering into consciousness
Clients may be quick to want to jump into more tangible solutions. I’m not an answer man. There is a process at work here. It’s their own truth, it’s what they already know for themselves that we’re after.
Being a “Human Doing” would demand that I take my years in corporate consulting and management, my master’s work in HRD and my thirty-three-plus years living life with a rare eyesight disability and come up with 7 steps to this or 10 keys to that, complete with countless insights and tips to guarantee success.
“I must leave this session, this talk, this meditation or this book with something tangible to do!”
How many times have we heard the words, “Don’t just stand there, do something!” Even if we didn’t know exactly what to do, we found something, anything, to do just to escape the feelings of being unproductive. Why don’t we revere the statement? “Don’t just do something, stand there!” Being a “Human Being” is all about stillness, presence and being quiet long enough to come from within.
Teach meditation. Teach walking. Teach the value of listening to an audiobook on a walk. Teach the power of music. Teach the importance of writing notes down in an “idea garden.”
I am equally comfortable teaching from the ancient Indian vedas, the Bhagavad Gita, the Tao Te Ching, the work of the Sufi poets and Catholic mystics, as I am from the words of Jesus.
Know the fire, the energy, the heat and the light living within me, and then share the truth of it, the truth of what each person has living within them, with all the world.
The message of every enlightened teacher throughout all the ages has always been the same: “You are as holy as I am.” When we know this, and truly live from this, things really begin to change for us, and for the world around us.
Lord Krishna, the Buddha and Jesus taught the impermanence of all things and the illusion of a separate self.
