- What's not working, what has changed and how that change is impacting your life.
- What strategies have worked well for you in the past and may not be working so well now.
- What is the most important thing to tackle first.
Session 2: Wrestling with Resistance
During this session we will explore:
- The emotional attachments that lead us to resist change and why.
- The agreements we make with ourselves and others that make change difficult.
- How the resistances and judgments we form block the flow of life.
Session 3: Connecting with Your Deeper Truth
During this session we will identify:
- Closely held core values and beliefs that work for you and why.
- Closely held core values and beliefs that no longer work for you and why.
- How to accept what is, while remaining open to new possibilities.
Session 4: Awakening to New Choice
During this session we will establish:
- A clear understanding of your intended outcome.
- A desired timeline for change.
- A step-by-step action plan to facilitate that change.
Session 5: Creating New Outcomes
During this session we will evaluate:
- Challenges or difficulties that may stand between you and your desired outcome.
- The progress you've made, any shifts in perspective and next steps to take.
- The need for any additional resources to help you along your personal growth path.
